Every part of the visit was fine except having to sit draped in exam wear for 40 minutes on a flat exam table while waiting for the doctor-a very uncomfortable position. It would be more courteous to allow patients to sit more comfortably in a chair and undress and suit up much closer to actual exam time.

Positive experience for my 1st visit. Dr. Windom’s nurse is friendly, caring, understanding & informative! Very impressed with Dr. Windom! Very nice and respectful bedside manner. He was very thorough with his exam and his explanations were clear to me as a patient! I appreciate his openness/honesty. I knew immed. & after our discussion, that I will be in best of hands while in his care!

As usual the annual GYN visit is not something I look forward to but Dr. Windom and his staff make it as pleasant as possible. He listens to what I have to say and seems genuinely interested in what’s going on in my life.

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Needham at this visit to the Woodstock office as with previous visits where the staff is wonderful and efficient. I had recently a great experience with the doctor and her team where she answered all my questions and explained the surgical procedure thoroughly providing assurance that made me feel much more comfortable and less anxious. I'm glad to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Windom and his staff are just the best! They make you feel like you’re the only patient of the day when they see so many patients. Dr Needham was a lovely person but The wait was not acceptable. I have a busy life. You request we arrive 15 mi prior to the appt but it was 1 hour and 15 min later when my time with the doctor began.
