LOVE this office. It is worth noting that while I received some imaging, the healthcare provider had her computer screen shared on the monitor available for patients to see what is happening in their ultrasound. Unfortunately, she had the screen share on as she was logging into her computer system and I was able to see PHI (full patient names, dob, gender,etc.)

I absolutely love Dr Needham and would rate her 5 stars alone. She’s kind, takes time to answer my questions and quells my anxiety which I so appreciate for my first pregnancy.
The only reason I’m giving four stars is because of how difficult it is to ask questions between appointments. When I leave a message on the nurse line, I only get a call back half of the time. If I do get a call back, I can’t rely on the advice given to me from the nurses. I’ll end up asking those same questions to Dr Needham when I’m in the office and she’ll give me a completely different response than the nurse did. A call nurse also recommended I go to the hospital ER when I should’ve just gone to the office instead which resulted in a $1.5k ER bill I now have to pay. The call nurses really really need to be better trained.

Dr. Kelly is extremely kind and considerate, and is very willing to listen to any and all questions! He has plenty of patients, and has been doing this for years... but still is very personable and aware of what I personally am experiencing.

Dr. Chappell is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing her for over 20 years. Unfortunately she told me today that she no longer can accept Medicare.

All I can say is Dr Tackitt is amazing! He is everything you would want in a physician. He’s caring, sympathetic, and funny with an awesome bedside manner. I trust him completely. His staff are just as terrific and best of all, I never had to wait more the a few minutes for my appt! I highly recommend!!!

Dr. chapel is like a girlfriend that you hang out with and have a drink with I love that she’s very real and authentic and not like some other stiff ass doctors That I have been to that are more concerned about me getting a Covid shot then what I am there to see them about so bravo Dr. chapel

I have seen doctor Huffman for many years. My complaint is not against her but her receptionist and her rudeness.
I went today and I received poor service from the get go, wouldn’t listen and it was not the 1st time, I have dealt with her rudeness.
