Leah was born and raised in Florida on the Gulf Coast. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 13 years before earning her master’s degree in nursing from Frontier Nursing University. Leah is certified by the American Midwifery Credentialing Board and believes that nurse-midwives play a crucial role in empowering women to have the birth experience they desire. Evidence-based practice and a holistic approach to health care is something she prides herself in providing for women of all ages. She currently resides in Cobb County with her husband and 3 children.
